 How can I say anything more positive? After seeing 88 reviews here about this drill, how could I possibly add to the great reviews? Perhaps just the fact that I feel the need to promote this drill is enough to persuade you to buy it! I work in the home theater and home automation industry. I install plasma tvs, in wall and in ceiling speakers, I work with a lot of old work boxes and wall plates, I also build heavy duty equipment racks that use a ton of machine screws. I can go pretty much a whole day on one charge depending on what I'm getting in to. This drill is perfect to keep on a shelf in your work truck or probably even in a glove box! I wasn't too thrilled about walking out of The Depot having spent over $100 on this knowing full well there were a number of other brands for less money. I know Bosch is good stuff though so I spent the extra $30 on this one and I swear this is one of the best purchases I have ever made in the Tool Corral!! The only negative I can say about this is sometimes I wish it was a little more powerful, but that's like saying I wish I could win a race against a Porche in my VW! If you're considering a small light weight screw driver you don't have any choice but to save up and get this one :-)  Owned lots of drills and drivers this one is the best I've owned many cordless tools and this is by far the best driver I have ever used. Long charge, high torque, well balanced, lightweight, and takes abuse. This was my first Bosch tool but I'm looking forward to purchasing more Bosch tools. Bosch PS20-2 driver First off, to all of the reviews here that state the Bosch PS20-2 is not a very good drill. No Kidding. This thing is not a drill but a driver. A crescent wrench doesn't make a very good hammer either, but I have seen people use one as so. If I had to use it to drill, I wouldn't like it either. For one thing it does not have a chuck to hold a drill bit. I have a cordless Bosch drill and I like that as well but this is for a different purpose. I use this for installing finish telephone work. Installing phone plates, mounting equipment and the like. For this type of thing it is perfect, It is lighter, Fits better in my tool pouch, But the most important thing to me was the variable speed. I have always had trouble getting a screw started with a driver that starts at full speed. The bit seems to jump out of the screw. Start off slow then once it gets going pull the trigger to get to full speed. I could not be happier with it. If you decide to get this driver you will not be disappointed as long as you know you are not going to use it as a drill. Wow! I've owned several descent cordless drivers but this one has to be the best! Ergonomically comfortable, perfect size and all of the power that you could ask for. It'll turn a screw just like an 18 volt gun! Buy both the impact and the non-impact machines for the perfect drilling/screwing operation. | |||||||||
