Good value Works well. The only problem is that the connectors are plastic and I was lazy and jerked on the hose to move the appliance instead of picking it up, breaking the plastic piece. They were very nice and replaced it right away. Great washer, hard to store I've used other pressure washers before and this one is not particularly easier or harder to use than the next. It came at a great price, which is why I took it. Upon opening the box, it was extremely self-explanatory and I was using it within minutes. My only complaint is that it's quite hard to store compactly. The gun and nozzle do not collapse well, and the tubing does not coil (which is actually a good feature when it comes to using it). Watch out for the thin wire nozzle-head cleaner. I almost lost it in the box. Otherwise, no regrets whasoever. Works well Could be a little stronger but it's holding up good. Customer service is top notch. I use this to clean my driveway and moss off bricks in the backyard. Not up to the standard I tried this pressure washer. The first came damaged and had to return. The second one lasted for 3 car washings. The components are flimsy and do no hold up under normal wear and tear. Mine is going in the garbage can. Save your money and buy a different pressure washer. This one does not meet the quality standards that you would expect at any price.
